Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and creative Meta Ads Specialist to drive scalable and profitable growth across Facebook & Instagram. This role will own the full lifecycle of paid social campaigns, from strategy and execution to optimization and scaling, while ensuring strong ROI and brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute campaigns across:
- Facebook Feed
- Instagram Feed & Stories
- Reels & Video Ads
- Build full-funnel strategies:
- Prospecting (cold audiences)
- Retargeting (warm audiences)
- Retention (existing customers)
Performance Optimization
- Monitor and optimize key metrics:
- Continuously test:
- Creatives (hooks, formats, messaging)
- Audience segments (interest, lookalikes, broad)
- Campaign structures (CBO vs ABO)
- Identify winning combinations and scale aggressively
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with creative/design team to:
- Develop high-converting ad creatives
- Brief UGC content (influencers, testimonials, hooks)
- Build a strong creative testing pipeline
Data & Analytics
- Analyze performance using:
- Meta Ads Manager
- GA4 / attribution tools
- Track funnel metrics:
- Click Landing Add to Cart Purchase
- Identify drop-offs and optimization opportunities
Budget & Scaling
- Own daily/monthly budgets and pacing
- Scale campaigns profitably without increasing CAC disproportionately
- Manage spend across campaigns based on performance
Key Requirements
Must-Have
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Proven track record of scaling D2C campaigns with positive ROAS
- Strong understanding of:
- Audience targeting (broad, LALs, custom audiences)
- Creative testing frameworks
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Good-to-Have
- Experience in fashion / lifestyle / D2C brands
- Understanding of:
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Landing page optimization
- Familiarity with tools like:
- Meta Pixel / Conversion API
- Google Analytics / Looker

- Audit and stabilize existing campaigns
- Improve CTR & reduce CPM inefficiencies
- Establish structured creative testing cadence

- Improve ROAS by X%
