Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Partnership Manager to drive and manage relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs), Regional System Integrators (RSIs) (including Tier 2 and Tier 3 RSIs), and System Integrators (SIs) while accelerating sell-through business opportunities. This role will also be responsible for establishing and growing international partnerships to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with GSI, RSI (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3), and SI partners to drive mutual business growth and market expansion.

Sell-Through Business Growth: Work closely with partners to create joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies, drive co-selling efforts, and maximize revenue opportunities.

International Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and nurture international partners to support business expansion into new geographic markets.

Partner Enablement: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and business reviews to equip partners with the necessary tools and knowledge to sell our solutions effectively.

Business Development: Identify new opportunities within the partner ecosystem to expand the company’s reach and drive additional revenue streams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align partnership goals with overall company objectives.

Performance & Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partnership success, revenue growth, and market penetration.

Contract & Agreement Management: Lead negotiations, agreements, and strategic alignments with partners to ensure beneficial and scalable relationships.
