Responsibilities
- Guide prospective students through the admissions process
- Provide accurate information about programs, admission requirements, and career opportunities
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with students to understand their goals and interests
- Assist students in completing application forms and submitting necessary documents
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve enrollment targets
- Maintain records of student interactions and update the database
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in education
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/ Masters degree
- Proven experience in admissions counseling or a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using MS Office suite
- Knowledge of educational programs and admission requirements
- Understanding of career opportunities in various fields
