Position: Chat Support Executive
- Assist international customers via online chat and provide prompt support.
- Identify customer issues, understand their needs, and offer suitable resolutions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally while maintaining a friendly chat experience.
- Handle multiple chats simultaneously and respond within the required turnaround time.
- Follow process guidelines and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
