Job title: Food Safety / Hygiene Auditor Role purpose: To visit food businesses and check whether food safety and hygiene practices are being followed properly. Main work: * do food safety and hygiene audits at site * check kitchen, storage, cleaning, staff hygiene, pest control, records, and food handling practices * identify gaps, unsafe practices, and nonconformities * write clear audit reports with actual observations * check whether corrective actions are closed properly * follow company rules on confidentiality, honesty, and impartiality Qualification: Degree or diploma in food technology, food science, microbiology, hotel management, or related field Skills needed: Good observation, basic food safety knowledge, report writing, communication skills, attention to detail, and readiness to travel Knowledge preferred: FSSAI, Schedule IV, GMP, GHP, HACCP, and basic ISO 22000 understanding Reporting to: Technical Manager / Audit Manager / Director
