Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and experienced Staff Nurse with 4–5 years of clinical experience in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), General Ward, and Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, respond effectively in critical situations, and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in ICU, General Ward, and Emergency Department.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, clinical conditions, and promptly report any changes to the treating physician.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and blood products as prescribed.
- Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and emergency interventions.
- Operate and monitor critical care equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and defibrillators.
- Provide emergency nursing care, including Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and quality protocols.
- Participate in shift handovers and maintain effective communication among nursing teams.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of critical care, emergency nursing, and general patient care.
- Proficiency in handling emergency and life-saving situations.
- Excellent patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with ventilators, ECG monitoring, infusion pumps, and other critical care equipment.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in rotating shifts.
- Good documentation and record-keeping practices.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in ICU, General Ward, and Emergency Department
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
