Role Overview:
We seek a highly skilled UAV Integration and Testing Engineer responsible for procurement, validation, integration, and comprehensive testing (static and dynamic) of drone systems, including payload integration and field trials. The candidate should effectively balance mechanical and electronic considerations while ensuring robust safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure and conduct quality checks on UAV components including motors, controllers, sensors, and payloads.
- Perform module-level validation, system integration, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct static, dynamic, environmental, and field testing of UAV systems.
- Validate flight controls, communication systems, GNSS/GPS, telemetry, and fail-safe mechanisms.
- Integrate payloads and perform Center of Gravity (CG), power, and communication checks.
- Validate payload functionality, flight trajectories, and mission profiles.
- Document testing and validation results and recommend improvements for UAV stability and reliability.
- Provide practical training to team members on UAV integration and testing processes.
Minimum Service Agreement (Bond): 26 Months (2 months training + 24 months service).
