We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our e-commerce team. The telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, processing orders, promoting products, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries, complaints, and product inquiries.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges.
- Provide detailed information about products, offers, and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM/ERP systems.
- Follow up with customers for feedback, payment reminders, or incomplete purchases.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets, conversion rates, and other assigned KPIs.
- Coordinate with the logistics, sales, and support teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Identify potential sales leads and promote upselling/cross-selling of products.
