Role: Business Analyst – HIS/EMR Implementation

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Healthcare IT, HIS, or EMR implementation projects. The candidate will support requirement gathering, process documentation, testing, stakeholder coordination, data validation, training, and go-live activities to ensure successful healthcare system implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and workflow documentation.
- Map clinical and administrative workflows (As-Is and To-Be).
- Coordinate with stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and hospital users.
- Prepare and execute SIT/UAT test cases, track defects, and validate fixes.
- Support data migration, user training, go-live, and stabilization activities.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and healthcare system adoption.
Required Skills:
- 3–5 years of Business Analyst or Functional Analyst experience.
- Exposure to HIS, EMR, EHR, or healthcare IT projects.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Understanding of hospital operations and clinical workflows.
- Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, or similar tools.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience in hospital implementation projects.
- Exposure to UAT, data migration, and go-live support.
- Healthcare domain knowledge or Business Analysis certification.
