As a Customer Service Executive at Arsu Cake Studio, you will be responsible for handling the overall day-to-day operations of the showroom. Your duties include welcoming customers, taking cake orders, attending customer calls, packing cakes and desserts, preparing bills, coordinating with the kitchen, maintaining the showroom, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times. You should be willing to assist with deliveries whenever required and work as an all-round team member to ensure smooth and efficient store operations. Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
