We're hiring an AI Content Creator to produce scroll-stopping, photorealistic designs and videos — entirely using AI & other tools — for social media, paid ads, and listings. You won't be a traditional designer/editor; you'll be an AI operator who can prompt, generate, and polish content that looks like it came from a professional studio, not a machine.
What You'll Do
- Generate photorealistic property images, ad creatives, and social posts using AI tools.
- Create and edit AI-generated video content — property walkthroughs, reels, testimonial-style videos, ad videos — using tools like Runway, Sora, HeyGen, Pika, or similar other tools.
- Use AI voice/avatar tools to produce realistic presenter-style videos (no need for on-camera talent)
- Edit and polish AI outputs in CapCut/Premiere/After Effects so the final result looks natural, not "AI-generated" (fix artifacts, glitches, unnatural motion)
- Adapt content for Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and property listing platforms
- Work closely with the marketing team to match campaign briefs, brand tone, and CPL/engagement goals
- Stay current on new AI tools and continuously improve output quality and realism
- Maintain an organized content library and fast turnaround (campaigns move quickly)
What You Need
- 1+ years creating content with AI image/video tools (portfolio required — no exceptions)
- Strong prompt engineering skills — you know how to get realistic, on-brand output, not generic AI slop
- Hands-on experience with at least 2 of: Midjourney, Runway, Sora, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Pika, Kling, Adobe Firefly. ChatGPT, etc.
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects) to refine AI output
- Eye for photorealism — you can spot and fix the "uncanny valley" issues AI often creates
- Understanding of social media / ad specs (aspect ratios, hook-first video structure, thumb-stopping design)
- Good communication in English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu a plus for local market content
Nice to Have
- Experience with real estate or property marketing content
- Basic Canva/Figma skills for quick static edits
- Familiarity with Meta Ads creative requirements
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
