MERN Stack Trainer – Job Description (Chennai)
We are looking for a passionate and skilled MERN Stack Trainer to train students and freshers in full-stack web development using the MERN stack. The trainer should be able to teach concepts in a practical and beginner-friendly way with hands-on projects and real-time development practices.
Job Role
- Train students in full-stack web development using the MERN stack
- Conduct live coding sessions and practical project-based training
- Teach frontend and backend development concepts from basic to advanced level
- Guide students in building responsive web applications and APIs
- Support students in mini projects, portfolio development, and interview preparation
- Prepare assignments, assessments, and training materials
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and monitor student progress
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of:
- MongoDB
- Express.js
- React.js
- Node.js
- Hands-on experience with:
- REST APIs
- Authentication & Authorization (JWT)
- CRUD Operations
- React Hooks and Components
- State Management
- MongoDB integration
- Git & GitHub
- Understanding of:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Responsive Web Design
- API integration
- Deployment basics (Vercel, Netlify, Render, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and cloud platforms is an added advantage
- Good communication and teaching skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
- Previous training or mentoring experience is preferred
- Strong portfolio or real-time project experience is a plus
