Job Summary
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, M&A support, and corporate finance for a full-time role based in Gurugram.
This opportunity is ideal for a CA professional who enjoys working on transactions, analyzing businesses, evaluating financial performance, and supporting clients through important investment and acquisition decisions.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial due diligence for transaction advisory assignments.
- Analyze financial statements, revenue trends, expenses, margins, working capital, and debt items.
- Identify key financial risks and business performance indicators.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, financial summaries, and presentations.
- Support buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory projects.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to complete project deliverables.
- Assist in financial analysis, deal review, and transaction documentation.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant qualification is required.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, M&A, corporate finance, or deal advisory.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial statements, and business analysis.
- Good command over Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
