About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven CRM Specialist to own the customer lifecycle. You will identify drop-off points in our sales funnel, build automated retention flows, recover abandoned carts, and grow Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) across our D2C and Shopify platforms.
What You'll Do
Funnel Analysis & Cart Recovery
- Monitor KPIs across the e-commerce funnel: visits, product views, add-to-cart, checkout
- Identify critical drop-off points and share actionable insights with the team
- Build targeted email, SMS, and push campaigns to recover abandoned carts
CRM Platform Management
- Manage and optimise our CRM (Klaviyo / HubSpot / Salesforce) integrated with Shopify
- Build customer segments based on behaviour, purchase history, and engagement level
- Create automated flows: welcome series, post-purchase, re-engagement, loyalty programs
Retention & Engagement Campaigns
- Design personalised campaigns to drive repeat purchases and build loyalty
- Implement loyalty programs, exclusive offers, and personalised product recommendations
- Gather customer feedback to continuously improve the experience
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain dashboards to track CRM and funnel performance
- Present metrics and recommendations to stakeholders regularly
- Run A/B tests on campaigns and workflows to improve results
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align with Marketing on campaign strategy and messaging
- Work with Tech and Product for seamless website and CRM integration
- Partner with Customer Service to use CRM data for better support

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role in an e-commerce environment
- Deep understanding of e-commerce sales funnels and the customer journey
- Hands-on with at least one CRM platform: Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong analytical skills — ability to interpret data and turn it into action
- Experience with Shopify and its app ecosystem
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good to Have
- Passion for digital marketing and customer behaviour
- Organised with strong project management abilities
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business or push notification tools
