Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Certinia Functional Lead / Consultant with strong expertise in Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) Professional Services Automation (PSA). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale implementations and working closely with business stakeholders to design and implement scalable functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business discovery workshops and gather functional requirements.
- Design and configure Certinia PSA solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Configure and support modules including Resource Management, Project Management, Time & Expense, Billing, Revenue Management, Forecasting, and Reporting.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Salesforce Developers, QA, and cross-functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Prepare functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and documentation.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Deliver end-user training and provide post-implementation support.
- Recommend process improvements and platform optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Certinia (FinancialForce).
- Experience delivering at least 3 end-to-end Certinia PSA implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Professional Services Automation (PSA).
- Expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and functional solution design.
- Experience with stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and UAT.
- Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred.
- Certinia certifications will be an added advantage.
