Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate, organized, and experienced Pre-Primary Coordinator to lead and manage the early childhood education program at our school in Amalapuram, Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will oversee curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, classroom management, parent communication, and overall academic excellence for pre-primary classes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all pre-primary academic and administrative activities.
- Guide and support pre-primary teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and child-centered teaching methodologies.
- Ensure implementation of age-appropriate curriculum and learning outcomes.
- Monitor student development and maintain records of academic and behavioral progress.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs for staff.
- Plan and coordinate school events, celebrations, and parent engagement activities.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress and school programs.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children.
- Collaborate with school leadership to achieve academic and operational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
- Montessori / Nursery Teacher Training certification preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in pre-primary education.
- Prior experience in a coordinator or leadership role is an advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and classroom management abilities.
- Proficiency in English communication and basic computer skills.
