Job Summary
Mahabal Workforce Solutions is hiring on behalf of a leading client for the position of Service Engineer – Material Handling Equipment (MHE). We are looking for technically skilled candidates with experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults.
- Attend customer service calls and provide on-site technical support.
- Conduct machine inspections and prepare service reports.
- Train customers on machine operation and maintenance.
- Maintain service documentation and exploded drawings.
- Promote spare parts and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure timely service completion.
- Travel to assigned customer locations as required.
Candidate Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in field service or maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations.
Salary & Benefits
