Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer who not only excels in visual design but also brings production knowledge to ensure smooth execution of projects across print, digital, and multimedia platforms. The role requires balancing creativity with technical precision, ensuring designs are both aesthetically appealing and production‑ready.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Design
- Develop visual concepts, layouts, and designs for marketing materials, digital campaigns, packaging, and branding.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
- Production Knowledge
- Prepare artwork for print and digital production, ensuring correct formats, color profiles, and resolution.
- Work with printers, vendors, and production teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Optimize files for different outputs (web, social media, large‑format printing, etc.).
- Project Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Knowledge of pre‑press processes, printing techniques, and digital production workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 3–5 years of professional design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both creative design and production‑ready work.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience coordinating with vendors and production houses.
Desired Skills
- Motion graphics or video editing knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and suggest practical solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
