Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

Profile Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 0–1 year of experience or internship exposure in digital advertising. The candidate should have basic practical knowledge of paid marketing platforms and campaign optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Perform keyword research and audience targeting
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports
- Improve lead generation and ROI through optimization
- Assist in budget planning and ad creatives coordination
- Track conversions using tools like Google Analytics & Meta Pixel
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends
Requirements:
- 0–1 year of experience or relevant internship
- Basic practical knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Understanding of PPC, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and campaign structure
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and conversion tracking
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Digital Marketing course certification preferred
