About the Role:
Uroots is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team. This is a work-from-home opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound sales calls through company dialer.
- Make a minimum of 150 dials per day.
- Maintain 3 hours daily talk time through the dialer.
- Counsel and engage potential customers regarding services.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into sales.
- Maintain accurate call records and CRM updates.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year experience in telesales/inside sales preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory).
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
- Ability to work independently from home.
Requirements:
- Laptop is mandatory (personal laptop required).
- Stable high-speed internet connection is mandatory.
- Quiet and professional work-from-home setup.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and dialer systems preferred.
