The Team Head – Sales & Marketing is responsible for leading the sales and marketing team, achieving business targets, generating leads, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring overall business growth. The role involves team supervision, client relationship management, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve organizational goals.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase business growth.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, institutions, and business partners.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and marketing activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, performance analyses, and business forecasts.
- Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Ensure achievement of revenue targets and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
