Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and designs to customers.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is well organized.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle billing coordination and support the cashier when required.
- Stay updated on new collections, designs, and jewellery trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in jewellery or retail sales preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a pleasing personality.
- Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, and jewellery products is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment.
Qualification:
- Minimum: Higher Secondary / Any Degree
