Full job description

Job descriptions:

Carry out building performance modeling and analysis such as energy, daylight, solar, ventilation, thermal comfort etc.;
Assist project delivery in sustainability engineering, such as green building assessment and certification (BEAM Plus, LEED, China Green Building etc.), sustainable design and planning, energy study etc.;
Prepare technical reports, presentation and other project deliverables

Requirements:

Experience with sustainable design modeling software is preferred (eQuest, IES, Fluent, Phoenics, etc).
Knowledge of LEED or other green building rating systems is preferred.
Fluency in spoken and written English is necessary;
Self-motivated and hardworking;
Min. 4 years of experience for the position of Engineer.

Degree in Built Environment / Building Services Engineering / Energy Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Environmental Engineering.
