- Paid Advertising: Launch and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and paid social ads on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. [1, 2]
- Social Media: Oversee daily channel activity, post schedules, and audience engagement across networks like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. [1, 2]
- Analytics and Reporting: Track user behavior and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to report ROI and key metrics. [1, 2]
- Email Marketing: Design, segment, and distribute automated newsletter campaigns to retain customers.
- Implement and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email, display).
- Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO optimisation.
- Set up, manage, and report on paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
- Assist with content creation and optimisation for digital platforms (website, blog, social media).
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Monitor social media channels, schedule content, and engage with online communities.
- Utilise web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track, report, and analyse website traffic and campaign performance.
- Identify trends and insights in digital data to provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across digital touchpoints.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proactive and eager to learn new digital tools and strategies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
