- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, or chat, and provide timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Conduct stock verification both in and out, and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
- Manage milk crate inventory, including tracking, distribution, and collection.
- Take bill printouts and proof of delivery required for supply chain.
- Settle the route after delivery,
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient operations
