Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Loyalty Customer Service team. The role involves handling inbound calls, outbound customer interactions, and email support to assist customers with loyalty program-related queries, reward points, memberships, offers, and issue resolution while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
Respond to customer queries through calls and emails.
Assist customers with loyalty accounts, reward points, redemptions, memberships, and promotional offers.
Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customers.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Update CRM systems and customer records accurately.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Meet productivity, quality, and attendance targets.
Follow company policies, process guidelines, and compliance standards.
Required Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification:
PUC / Any Graduate preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Preferred Experience
Experience in BPO/customer service is an added advantage.
Prior experience in inbound, outbound, or email support preferred.
Experience in loyalty/customer engagement processes is a plus.
Shift Details:
Rotational shifts.
Week-off rotation.
