Sales Representative – Label Printing & Packaging Industry
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Labels, Shrink Sleeves, Mono Cartons, PSA Labels, Multi-Layer Labels, and Packaging Products.
- Identify and develop new customers in Pharma, FMCG, Food, Cosmetics, Chemicals, Industrial, and Manufacturing sectors.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and factory visits.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for quotations and samples.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, approvals, and order closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
Required Skills
- Experience in Printing, Packaging, Labels, Flexible Packaging, or Industrial Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate new business and convert leads into orders.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
