Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end lateral hiring across various functions. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for lateral positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate offers and ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in lateral hiring/recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Experience with ATS and recruitment tools is preferred.

- Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
