Core Design Responsibilities
- Advanced Modeling: Draft high-precision blueprints and site plans using AutoCAD.
- 3D Visualization: Develop realistic exterior elevation designs using SketchUp to help clients visualize the final product.
- BIM Integration: Utilize Revit to create integrated Building Information Models, ensuring structural, MEP, and architectural elements are synchronized.
- Interior Design Coordination: Plan interior spatial layouts, including material specifications, lighting placement, and structural modifications for aesthetic upgrades.
- Structural Validation: Perform load-bearing calculations for custom interior features (e.g., mezzanine floors, cantilevered stairs) to ensure safety and code compliance.
Technical Requirements
- Software Mastery: * AutoCAD: (Expert) For 2D drafting and technical detailing.
- SketchUp: (Advanced) For rapid 3D modeling and elevation concepts.
- Revit: (Intermediate/Advanced) For full-scale BIM project delivery.
- V-Ray/Lumion: (Preferred) A bonus if you can turn models into high-end renders.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
