About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support day-to-day business operations, project coordination, reporting, documentation, and process management activities across multiple functions.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, comfortable working with spreadsheets and trackers, possess strong follow-up skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Coordination
- Support daily operational activities and cross-functional workflows.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Track action items, deadlines, and operational deliverables.
- Assist in managing operational processes and business activities.
Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain and update operational trackers, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational data.
- Support KPI tracking and reporting activities.
Documentation & Process Management
- Create, organize, and maintain documentation and operational records.
- Assist in developing and updating process documentation and SOPs.
- Maintain shared repositories and project documentation.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
Project Support
- Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Schedule meetings and maintain meeting notes and action items.
- Monitor pending tasks and follow up with stakeholders as needed.
- Provide coordination support for ongoing projects and initiatives.
Administrative Support
- Support onboarding and operational setup activities.
- Assist with maintaining internal records and operational requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, PMO Support, Administration, Business Operations, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote environment.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project or task management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Experience maintaining trackers, reports, and operational documentation.
- Prior experience in startup, SaaS, technology, or consulting environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with process management and operational workflows.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
