Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle patient inquiries through calls, WhatsApp,
- Provide accurate information about doctors, timings, procedures, and services.
- Schedule and confirm OPD appointments; coordinate with doctors and front office.
- Follow up on leads for surgeries, procedures, and health checkups to ensure conversions.
- Maintain complete and accurate patient/lead data in CRM software or Excel trackers.
- Make reminder calls, feedback calls, and follow-up calls as per hospital protocols.
- Support marketing campaigns by contacting digital leads and promoting offers/camps.
- Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate to concerned departments if required.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on inquiries, appointments, and conversions.
- Coordinate with multi-branch teams for referral patients and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (Tamil & English).
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle patients with empathy and patience.
- Target orientation and follow-up skill.
- Qualification: Any degree
- Experience: 1 to 2 years
