Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant with 4–8 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation, configuration, integration, and support, with a good understanding of contingent workforce and services procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support SAP Fieldglass solutions based on business requirements.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into effective Fieldglass solutions.
- Configure Fieldglass modules, workflows, business rules, approval processes, and templates.
- Work on Contingent Workforce Management and Services Procurement processes.
- Configure supplier, worker, job posting, onboarding, timesheet, invoicing, and offboarding processes.
- Analyze business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
- Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical/integration teams.
- Work on integrations between SAP Fieldglass and external systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, HR systems, procurement platforms, and third-party applications.
- Support integration testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Monitor interfaces and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Prepare functional documentation, test cases, configuration documents, and user guides.
- Coordinate with business users, vendors, suppliers, and offshore/onshore teams.
- Participate in enhancement, rollout, and optimization projects.
- Provide knowledge transfer and support to other team members.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
