We’re seeking a dynamic Video Editor experienced in crafting short-form, brand-focused content for social media. You’ll translate brand strategy into high-impact visuals using the latest editing tools and trends.
Key responsibilities
- Conceptualize and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks, and Stories) that align with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Use advanced tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut, and AI-assisted workflows) to deliver polished motion graphics, sound design, and color grading.
- Optimize edits for platform-specific formats, aspect ratios, and engagement patterns.
- Collaborate with marketing, designers, and content creators to implement briefs, storyboards, and feedback quickly.
- Maintain an organized asset library and deliver final files on deadline with clear naming and export settings.
Required skills & experience
- 2+ years editing short-form social media content for brands or agencies.
- Strong portfolio of branded videos demonstrating storytelling, pacing, and visual polish.
- Proficient with non-linear editors, motion graphics, and basic VFX; familiarity with AI-assisted tools a plus.
- Good sense of social trends, platform algorithms, captioning, and format specs.
- Fast turnaround, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
Nice to have
- Experience with performance-driven editing (A/B testing edits, optimizing for retention).
- Basic photography/videography skills and on-set assistance.
- Knowledge of analytics tools to iterate creative based on performance.
Pay: ₹10,210.90 - ₹33,889.83 per month
