ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Social Media Executive will drive Sylvi’s online presence, engagement, and content strategy across all digital platforms. This role ensures campaigns align with Sylvi’s luxury brand positioning, supports product launches, and enhances e-commerce visibility, working closely with graphics, multimedia, and operations teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, sales events, and ongoing engagement.
- Collaborate with graphics and multimedia teams to ensure timely content delivery.
- Content & Community Management
- Manage and schedule posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest via Metricool & Meta Business Suite.
- Monitor social media interactions, respond to comments/DMs, and maintain consistent brand voice.
- E-Commerce & Listing Support
- Oversee Shopify and Amazon product listings; update titles, descriptions, images, and SEO keywords.
- Track inventory status for campaign prioritization.
- Influencer & Ad Coordination
- Identify, plan, and execute influencer campaigns; maintain influencer tracker with performance insights.
- Coordinate ad campaigns with external partners and ensure creative alignment with Sylvi standards.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports on engagement, campaign reach, conversions, and influencer outcomes.
- Share insights with management to improve strategy and execution.
- Branding & Creative Oversight
- Review all creative assets before publishing to ensure adherence to Sylvi brand guidelines.
- Supervise design projects and website collateral with the Graphics team.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
- Social Media Strategy & Execution — 2–3 years
- Content Creation & Copywriting — 2 years
- Analytics Tools — Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics
- Graphic Design Basics — Photoshop, Canva, CorelDRAW
- Shopify / Amazon Listing Management
GOOD TO HAVE
- Video Editing — Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Paid Advertising — Meta Ads, Google Ads
- Knowledge of SEO & Digital Marketing Trends
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant industry experience managing social media and digital campaigns
