Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads generated through marketing campaigns, databases, or referrals
- Qualify and filter leads based on intent, budget, and requirement fit before passing them to the sales/closing team
- Handle high call volumes daily while maintaining quality conversations and a positive brand impression
- Follow up persistently with warm and cold leads to move them through the sales pipeline
- Clearly explain products/services, address objections, and generate interest
- Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for calls made, leads qualified, and conversions
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Share feedback from calls to help refine scripts, targeting, and lead quality
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, cold calling, or lead generation (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and rejection handling
- Strong verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, or dialers
- Target-driven mindset with the discipline to follow structured calling processes
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt pitch based on lead responses
- Prior experience in BPO, telesales, insurance, EdTech, real estate, or similar cold-calling-heavy industries is a strong plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
