We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing networks, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, network, and email-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and connectivity problems.
- Install, update, and manage operating systems, antivirus software, and other applications.
- Manage user accounts, email IDs, passwords, and access permissions.
- Monitor LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform regular data backup and recovery activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors for AMC, hardware repairs, and software support.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Candidate must have good knowledge of server handling.
Pay: ₹10,648.30 - ₹37,351.15 per month
