Graduate in any discipline
Experience Required:
3 to 5 Years of relevant experience in Facility Management / Housekeeping / Manpower Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and deployment of manpower as per client requirements
- Attendance management and maintaining employee records
- Conducting training and development programs for deployed staff
- Preparation and submission of client bills and related documents
- Regular follow-up with clients for payment collection
- Vendor coordination and vendor management activities
- Maintaining good client relationships and resolving operational issues
- Monitoring site operations and ensuring smooth service delivery
- Coordinating with HR and operations team for manpower requirements
- Ensuring discipline, grooming, and compliance at client locations
Candidate Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple sites and manpower operations
- Knowledge of attendance, billing, and client coordination
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email communication)
- Ability to travel locally for operational activities
- Strong problem-solving and team management skills
