Role and ResponsibilitiesWordPress Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites with a focus on functionality, performance, and user experience.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins for e-commerce solutions using WooCommerce.
- Troubleshoot website issues, implement updates, and ensure sites are secure and scalable.
- Stay updated on the latest WordPress trends and tools to keep websites ahead of the curve.
SEO Strategy:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to optimize website performance and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements (e.g., meta tags, headings, images), and ensure mobile responsiveness.
- Monitor website analytics and create reports to track organic traffic, bounce rates, and conversions.
- Collaborate on strategies to boost ROI through SEO-driven content and technical optimizations.
- Stay informed about the latest SEO tools, algorithms, and best practices to ensure consistent growth in website visibility.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in WordPress development and SEO (with a strong portfolio showcasing both).
- Proficiency in WordPress, WooCommerce, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Solid understanding of on-page and technical SEO principles, including schema markup, page speed optimization, and keyword targeting.
- Experience in using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions for website and SEO improvements.
