Unicus Creations LLC is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and sales conversions for international customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare accurate quotations.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Update and maintain daily sales trackers and reports.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Service, International Sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Comfortable communicating with international customers.
- Good sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage leads efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining sales reports.
- Must have a personal laptop and reliable high-speed internet connection.
Shift Timing
USA Shift: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives

Work Location
- Initially: Remote / Work From Home
- After approximately 6 months: Work from Office
- Office Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
