QC Line Inspector - 4 Nos
Key Responsibilities:
Product Inspection: Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for defects and compliance with specifications.
Testing and Measurement: Use various measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and electronic inspection equipment to verify dimensions and other quality parameters.
Defect Identification: Identify and document defects or deviations from quality standards.
Process Monitoring: Monitor production processes to ensure they adhere to established procedures and quality standards.
Corrective Action: Recommend and implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent future occurrences.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality data.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company quality standards, industry regulations, and safety requirements.
Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on quality performance and findings.
Experience : 0 to 2 Years
Education : B.E (Mech)or Diploma
