Ensure safe and timely preventive and breakdown maintenance to support production continuity and hygiene standards; success is measured by on-time PM completion, quick breakdown response, accurate maintenance records, and reduced downtime in assigned areas.
What you’ll do:
Specific Responsibility:
- Perform daily preventive and breakdown maintenance for main and auxiliary equipment in the assigned areas and record work completion as per department practice.
- Execute skilled repair activities, complete machines daily care, lubrication as per schedule, and coordinate collection of lubricants/spares from Stores when required.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
What you need to succeed:
- Diploma Mechanical/Electrical/ Chemical Engineering, ITI (Fitter)
- 6 to 10 Years of experience
- Good knowledge on UHT Preprocessing equipment’s, Processing Sterilizers, Homogenizers, Aseptic tank
- Hands on experience on Tetra Pak filling machines & Distribution equipment’s, Robot palletizers, CIP stations, material handling equipment’s & any other area assigned for operational exigency.
- Good technical decision making
- Compliance to SOP.
- Thorough knowledge about GMP, HACCP and ISO.
- High degree of Inter-personal and communication skills
- Good team player Multitasking
