Job Description:
Responsibilities & key areas of focus would include:
- Responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified talent for various positions within the manufacturing company. This would involve sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, performing background checks, and making job offers.
- Manager employee relations by maintaining lines of communication, addressing employee concerns or grievances, and resolving conflicts. Also responsible for managing employee disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and conducting exit interviews.
- Coordinating and facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and completing necessary paperwork. Similarly, you would also handle off-boarding activities such as exit interviews, final settlements, and ensuring smooth employee exits.
- Manage Payroll and related compliance like PF, ESIC & other relevant taks.
- Managing compensation and benefits programs, including conducting salary benchmarking, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and regulations.
- Performance management process, including setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback to employees and managers to improve performance.
- Identifying training needs, developing training programs, and facilitating employee development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge within the manufacturing company.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. You would also handle labor relations, including managing labor union relationships, negotiations, and grievance handling.
- Managing HR data, generating reports, and analyzing HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
- Developing and implementing employee engagement programs, recognizing and rewarding employees, and promoting a positive work culture to enhance employee retention and satisfaction.

Candidate Preference:
- Strong Background in scaling Engineering & Manufacturing Company
- Experience in managing two plant/office
- Designing and Implementing Policies, SOPs, Training & Performance Matrix
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in HR Department
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
