- Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures to meet evolving project requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster skill development and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA), AI & Data Solution Architecture, Architectural Design.
- Strong expertise in designing and optimizing neural network architectures for natural language processing applications.
- Experience in managing large-scale data processing and training workflows for language models.
- Ability to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance model performance and scalability.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Proficient in troubleshooting complex architectural challenges and providing innovative solutions.
