JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Senior Education Consultant (Indonesia)
Report to: Sales Manager
Salary: 4.500.000 - 5.700.000 IDR + Commission
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive Trial-to-Enrollment Conversions: Conduct high-impact online consultations and product demos to clearly communicate course value, address parent concerns, and convert trial users into paid enrolments.
- Revenue Growth & Account Expansion: Build strong relationships with parents to drive renewals, upsell relevant programs, and maximize student lifetime value.
- Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management: Proactively engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring optimal trial class bookings and strong pipeline health
- Sales Performance & CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates, track lead progression, and leverage data insights to continuously improve conversion rates and sales efficiency.
Requirements:
- Language: fluent in Bahasa language
- Experience: 1–2 years in sales/consultative roles (EdTech is a plus); proven ability to meet targets; experience with inbound & outbound leads
- Communication: Strong communication skills (English preferred); able to build trust, understand needs, and handle objections effectively
- Sales Skills: Consultative selling mindset; comfortable with Zoom/Google Meet; good at follow- ups, closing, upsell & cross-sell
- Tools: Familiar with CRM (e.g., Zoho), Google Sheets, and communication tools (Slack/WhatsApp); able to manage pipeline and data
- Performance: Target-driven, good time management, able to handle multiple leads; adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Personal Traits: Proactive, coachable, responsible, team-oriented
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; background in education/business/communication is a
