Job Description
We are looking for a smart, confident and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team at APARC Attractions Pvt. Ltd.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and emails.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and sales documents.
- Follow up with customers for enquiries, quotations and orders.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Accounts and Project teams.
- Maintain customer and enquiry records.
- Track orders/projects and provide timely updates.
- Schedule customer meetings and appointments.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Support the sales team with lead generation and business development.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email.
- Customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Smart, presentable and well-organized.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in Sales Coordination, B2B Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering or Construction will be preferred.
