Job Description:
As an Area Sales Manager for NGRT, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the sales operations of multiple stores within a designated geographic area. Your primary objective is to drive sales growth, ensure exceptional customer service standards, and maintain operational efficiency across all locations. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates and collaborating with store managers to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability across all stores. Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take proactive measures to address any issues.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate sales teams in each store to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales goals. Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards at all times. Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation to create an engaging and visually appealing shopping environment.
- Customer Experience: Foster a customer-centric culture by instilling a passion for Apple products and delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint. Resolve customer complaints and escalations promptly and effectively.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers, regional leadership, and Apple representatives. Collaborate closely with internal teams to align on manpower requirements, promotional activities, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Utilize insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for each store, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets. Monitor expenses and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills within the sales teams. Support career development and succession planning initiatives to foster talent retention and advancement.
Pre Requisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in retail sales management, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting sales data and market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel between store locations within the designated area as needed.
