Key Responsibilities:1. Collection & Recovery
- Ensure timely collection of monthly EMIs from customers.
- Follow up with overdue and delinquent customers through calls and field visits.
- Achieve monthly collection targets and recovery efficiency benchmarks.
- Reduce bucket movement and control NPA accounts.
2. Field Visits
- Conduct regular customer visits for pending recovery cases.
- Trace skip/default customers and update current contact/address details.
- Verify vehicle status and ensure asset availability in high overdue cases.
3. Customer Handling
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Resolve customer payment-related issues and disputes.
- Counsel customers regarding repayment schedules and penalties.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
