Roles & Responsibilities
The candidate should be able to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to promote healthcare and Wellness services to corporates and large organizations. Has to work closely with the healthcare service team to identify new business opportunities and ensure successful implementation of health care service programs.
· Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned market segment to generate new business for the organization’s services.
· Plans and organizes personal marketing strategy by maximizing the return on Investment for the segment.
· Develop and execute the business plan, to achieve agreed revenue, volume, and margin targets.
· Ensure to analyze and enhance the existing process. Introduce and implement the new process and technologies as and when required.
· Develop execute the annual operating plan - revenue cost planning and forecasting.
· Analyze customer feedback, draw business intelligence, review benefits of core services being offered and ensure high client satisfaction level.
· Strong understanding of the sales process and strategy in a customer service and/or direct selling environment.
· Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers.
· Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.
Candidate’s Expected Qualification, Requirements and Competencies
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
· 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing B2C, preferably in healthcare services
· Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, regulations, and market dynamics
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and drive a team.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,050.00 per month
