We are looking for a proactive, well-networked, and result-driven Recruitment Associate (Government Vertical) to independently manage end-to-end hiring for our specialized mandates across government consulting, public sector undertakings (PSUs), political campaigns, and public policy ecosystems. With 2 to 4 years of solid sourcing experience, the ideal candidate must be a versatile hybrid recruiter capable of seamlessly switching between IT and Non-IT hiring.

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for both IT and Non-IT roles across government relations, public affairs, and political consulting mandatesSource specialized technical talent (e.g., Java Full Stack, .NET Developers) and creative/content professionals (e.g., SEO Specialists, Content Writers, Graphic Designers).

Leverage job boards (Naukri), LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and portfolio platforms to identify active and passive talent.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand evolving client/project mandates and translate them into effective talent attraction strategies.

Conduct detailed preliminary interviews to assess candidates on functional skills, technical/creative portfolios, and cultural fit.

Build and nurture an active, readily deployable pipeline of talent familiar with working on fast-paced, high-stakes government timelines.

Manage interview scheduling, coordinate technical or creative assessments, maintain data hygiene on trackers, and report hiring metrics regularly

Act as the primary brand ambassador, ensuring a respectful, transparent, and seamless experience for all applicants

Proven experience (3–6 years) in social media management and digital marketing.Strong understanding of AI tools and platforms for social media (content creation, analytics, automation).

Hands-on experience with platforms like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, HubSpot, Jasper, MidJourney, Canva AI, etc.Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and AI-powered campaigns.

Knowledge of social media algorithms, SEO, and paid campaigns.
