Braand School, Siliguri is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online marketing channels, data analytics, and brand building to drive student enrollment and institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and content marketing
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads, WhatsApp Campaigns and other paid campaigns to generate leads and maximize ROI
- Oversee the social media presence and create engaging content to build brand awareness
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance
- Train Team & Students and create study materials
- Identify new digital channels and growth opportunities to increase growth
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
